What This Cheat Does
This cheat allows vehicles to drive on water as if it were solid ground. Experience Vice City like never before by cruising over oceans and rivers!
It's particularly useful for quick escapes or exploring areas that are typically inaccessible by land vehicles. Just remember, your car will still sink if you exit into the water!
How to Enter the Cheat
On PC
Type SEAWAYS during normal gameplay — there is no console or menu to open. A message confirms the cheat is active.
On PlayStation
Enter the button combo on your controller during gameplay — not while paused. A confirmation appears on screen.
On Xbox
Enter the button combo during gameplay. The game confirms the moment the cheat activates.
Good to Know
Use this cheat to reach islands or evade police in style.
Heads up: GTA Vice City cheats can’t be turned off once entered — some keep running until you reload, and a few (especially the character-model cheats) can break missions and cutscenes, so use them on a separate save file. Entering cheats also disables achievements and trophies on the Definitive Edition.
