What This Cheat Does
This cheat instantly clears all of your wanted levels in GTA San Andreas, eliminating any police attention you may have.
It's particularly useful when you're trying to escape a sticky situation or just want to enjoy the game without the pressure of law enforcement. Use it whenever the heat is too much!
How to Enter the Cheat
On PC
Type TURNDOWNTHEHEAT during normal gameplay — there is no console or menu to open. A message confirms the cheat is active.
On PlayStation
Enter the button combo on your controller during gameplay — not while paused. A confirmation appears on screen.
On Xbox
Enter the button combo during gameplay. The game confirms the moment the cheat activates.
Good to Know
Be cautious using this cheat during missions, as it may affect mission objectives.
Heads up: cheats in GTA San Andreas can permanently affect your save — some can’t be switched off and a few can break missions, so use them on a separate save file. Entering cheats also disables achievements on the Steam and Definitive Edition versions of the game.
