What This Cheat Does
The Spawn Rhino cheat instantly drops a Rhino battle tank next to Tommy. The Rhino is the heaviest, most heavily-armoured vehicle in GTA Vice City — its cannon flattens cars and its hull shrugs off gunfire, so it turns almost any fight into a one-sided one.
It's the go-to cheat for causing chaos or powering through a tough spot. The turret rotates independently of the hull, and a direct cannon hit destroys most vehicles outright. Just don't expect to corner quickly — the Rhino is extremely slow.
How to Enter the Cheat
On PC
Type PANZER during normal gameplay — there is no console or menu to open. A message confirms the cheat is active.
On PlayStation
Enter the button combo on your controller during gameplay — not while paused. A confirmation appears on screen.
On Xbox
Enter the button combo during gameplay. The game confirms the moment the cheat activates.
Good to Know
The Rhino can flip itself upright by aiming the turret at the ground and firing — handy if you roll it.
Heads up: GTA Vice City cheats can’t be turned off once entered — some keep running until you reload, and a few (especially the character-model cheats) can break missions and cutscenes, so use them on a separate save file. Entering cheats also disables achievements and trophies on the Definitive Edition.
