What This Cheat Does
The Explosive Ammo cheat transforms your standard ammunition into powerful explosive rounds. This means that every shot you fire will create a massive explosion on impact, wreaking havoc on your enemies and the environment.
This cheat is particularly useful during intense gunfights or when you want to clear out a large group of enemies quickly. Just be cautious, as the explosions can also damage you!
How to Enter the Cheat
On PC
Type the code HIGHEX during normal gameplay, or open the in-game phone and dial the number.
On Console
While walking around — not paused — press the button combo quickly and in order. A sound confirms the hit.
By Cell Phone
Bring up your character’s phone, open the keypad, enter 1-999-444-439 and press call.
Good to Know
Explosive damage can affect nearby vehicles and characters.
Heads up: GTA 5 cheats only work in Story Mode — never in GTA Online. Entering any cheat disables Achievements / Trophies until you reload a save, and cheat effects don’t persist, so you may need to re-enter the code again later.
